Marc A. Altenbernt

I hired Marc to represent me in my divorce. He was pleasant most of the time, but VERY flakey. He regularily did not respond to calls, voicemails, or emails. When we went to court he usually seemed to have no real plan and would ask me the same questions again and again like he hadn't bothered to rev...iew my case. I felt he did okay in hearings and negotiations but overall I wish I had hired someone else. My biggest issue, is at the end of my divorce nearing settlement he was downright nasty when I did not want to settle the case caught him in a couple lies about things the other party had said/offerred.
