Mr. Laz has a process server come to my house and served me with an invalid summons. I then appeared in DuPage County Small Claims Court for a court appearance and found out it was invalid. I also realized that both the Plaintiff and the Defendant were in Cook County. This complaint should be in C...ook County rather than DuPage County. I am upset with the deception and failure to issue the complaint in the correct county.
