I hired Mr fish to defend me. I'm a physician and A lady used my medical information to bill Medicaid. More of an identity theft. From the onset, the lady was been investigated and now been prosecuted for fraud. I gave this straightforward case to him to defend me in couple of months. I ended up pay...ing him over $50,000.00 and close to $8,000.00 to his handwriting expert friend. Every lawyer and even the prosecutor of the lady were wondering why this case kept dragging on and why I keep paying this lawyer. I trusted him and therefore kept paying him. Finally I got fed up and fired him. I wrote letters to the White House, state attorney general, and my congressman, and they intent put pressure on Medicaid to throw away the case 1 month after firing him. Mr fish quickly e mail me to take credit and his last bill to me as expected was so high. $3800.00/ month. I told him to adjust and reduce it but he declined. Despite paying him over $50,000.00 over duration of the case, he went to court to get his friend judge to order me to pay outstanding balance of $6200.00. I agreed to pay him over period of 4 month. My mother passed away last month nov. 2014 and I told him about it. I was therefore not able to start paying him yet but still has up to feb. 2015 to pay the $6200.00. He has used my bank information to put a block on my bank account during Christmas time. I provided my bank information for my case, and without my consent, he took it and used it against me. Meanwhile, he has created a bill for October and November when he was not my lawyer anymore of almost $500.00 and secretly added it to the total amount making it increased from $6200.00 to $6700.00. Everybody who know my case and him think he is bad news.
