Sharon guided us through updating our Will. Living Will, Power of Attorneys, and Transfer on Death Instrument for our house. She explained things very clearly, and took the time to answer all our questions. Unlike other attorneys we consulted with she did not try to scare us about Probate, and sell... us on a Trust witch is unnecessary. Those other attorneys wanted to charge $2000 - $4000 for services that are not needed for our situation. Our heirs will not have to worry about Probate, and there is a concise order of succession if any of them predecease us, so that distribution of our estate conforms with or wishes. Sharon is the consummate professional, and fulfilled all of our requirements for a very reasonable cost. We could not be more satisfied.

Sharon got me through a 2 1/2 year divorce process that surely was headed for a significant maintenance judgement considering I was ending a 35 year marriage. Her skills and willingness to utilize experienced colleagues in the legal community led to a dissolution judgement with no maintenance and a... cash out settlement within the parameters I outlined. I am very grateful.

I have used Sharon Sweeney for a number of legal issues including setting up a trust for me as well as handling the closings (one to sell a home) and one to buy a home on THE SAME DAY.
