Cool, Calm and Collective, are words that describe ATTY Kamal. I used her as my real estate attorney buying a home. From the time I contacted her to to the end of closing, Atty Kamal was there by my side, giving instructions, explaining each phase of the loan process, talking to the sellers a...ttorney, communicating with my realtor We had an issue at the closing, where my bank was suppose to send my portion of funds to the closer via wire transfer, we get through signing a mountain of paperwork, where Atty Kamal walked me through each document and we get to the part where the closer go and check to see if my funds arrived in there account. The closer comes back into the room where the sellers people and my people are seating, and the closer announces “I don’t have your funds” Atty Kamal looks at me with a smile, just as calm as she was walking into the room when we started and begin to advise me on how to handle a bad situation, including talking to my bank representative on the phone, communicating with the closer and the seller’s people. Bottom line, I walked out of the closing with my keys!!!!!! I had an excellent attorney representing me.
