Disappointed

Used firm for a closing and was extremely disappointed. I had real issues as my seller was being very difficult. They did not return calls nor answer emails promptly. It got so bad I seriously considered switching attorneys just before my closing. Due to time constraints, I stayed with them only... to be overcharged at closing. My advice - get their fee in writing... or better yet, just go with another firm.

That I do not like to hear. We do and have done an extremely large amount of residential deals over the last 20 years and one of our strengths is quick and efficient communication. My staff and attorneys consistently are complemented on this by clients. That being said, not every business relationship is a perfect one. Considering your experience, I would really like to speak to you so I can see where there was a lack of communication. Please call me to discuss. Our firm is constantly reviewing on how we can get better and strive to make every client satisfied. As it relates to the fee, I would also like to see the fee charged and the extent of work performed. I did search our database and I am not finding a recent file with Anne as the purchaser. Again, I am always available to speak to you.
