I started my relation with Fornaro Law in late 2016 with purchase of my condo. My immediate gut feel with Philip and Mary are their attentiveness to clients. They helped me navigate the purchase contract maximizing my protection at every stage. Communication was timely and clear all throughout the en...tire process to closing in 2021. My attorney for closing was Habib Wardack. He was extremely easy to work with and answered all of my concerns. The mortgage application was very challenging with one bank and necessitating changing bank at the very last moment. Habib then helped me secured pre closing possession with the most favorable terms.
