Ask the judge for more time due to your unemployment. The jails are too full in Cook County to incarcerate you for late payment..

She is still a child and yo must continue to support her.

No it does not emancipate her.You still must pay child support. Just because she is pregnant she is very much still a child under Illinois law.

You should not handle this matter on your own. You can be in violation of an order of protection even if you have a defense to the order itself.

You should both go together to whoever handles these various accounts for you. They should have all the forms necessary to make the changes....
