We hired Mr. Gilmartin to do a will and trust, choosing him because of the rave reviews, especially with his work with the elderly. Unfortunately he did not live up to his reviews. The entire process took over a year to complete (granted, there were times when I wasn't extremely prompt with my resp...onses either). So much time had lapsed between emails that I often had to research and resend them because he couldn't find his. It was extremely disappointing that he went radio silent after we paid in full and it was another 7 months after full payment before we could get a final version of the trust put together. Originally he offered to put the house in trust for us after establishment, but I've been totally ghosted by him. Very disappointing to say the least. I recommend finding a more reliable attorney who can honor commitments and deliver promptly.

I contacted Michael on a Saturday due to my bank account being frozen and having a court order for the following Monday, for unpaid student loans. Micheal, reassured me everything would be okay and come Monday, he called me after court to give me the great news that my bank account was now unfrozen. ...He took care of everything and I didn't even have to call off of work. Micheal kept his word that he would take care of everything.
