Annamarie Theresa Dileo

Ms. DiLeo is an entrepreneurial and innovative Attorney with a practice focused on Corporate Transactions & Litigation for closely held businesses. Ms. DiLeo also practices in the areas of Succession and Estate planning and Family Law. With her track record of developing and implementing solutions that create value, measurable improvements, and organizational excellence for clients, Ms. DiLeo serves as a trusted adviser for client’s personal and business needs.

She leverages her years of experience structuring transactions to strategically litigate corporate matters related to shareholder oppression, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract claims, and other litigation that may arise in the course of business.

Prior to starting her own practice, Ms. DiLeo had successful experience at large firms handling corporate transactional taxation planning. Ms. DiLeo then worked as an associate for a well respected Attorney in the Chicago area, where she gained invaluable Courtroom experience on a breadth of matters.

In addition to formal training, Ms. DiLeo grew up in her family's restaurant and catering business, where she saw first hand the struggles and successes of small business owners.

Ms. DiLeo earned her LL.M. with Honors in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Ms. DiLeo attended St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago before earning her undergraduate degree in International Politics, summa cum laude, from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
