Lack of timely financial investigation: Despite early documentation of substantial financial discrepancies and missing records, subpoenas and motions that could have protected marital assets were not pursued with urgency. Long periods without communication: I experienced extended gaps—sometimes weeks—without updates, even during pivotal stages of the case. Missed court event: A pre-trial conference was missed, which further contributed to delays. Insufficient use of documentation I provided: I supplied detailed financial analyses and evidence of irregularities, but these materials were not incorporated into motions or court strategy in a way that meaningfully advanced my position.
