I have had executors or administrators appointed to administer decedents' estates 2-3 times per year since 1980.

I have chaired arbitration panels in the Cook County Circuit Court's Mandatory Arbitration Program 6 times per year and 3 cases per time since 1985. In addition I have presented cases in the same arbitration program 3 times per year since 1985. I have also participated as an arbitrator or advocate in AAA, Enddispute and other arbitration forums.

I have been primarily involved in representing defendants in Chapter 11 adversary cases involving preferences and fraudulent transfers. I have also been co-counsel and referring attorney on several Chapter 11 Liquidation cases since 1982.

I have litigated issues in contract cases as well as probate, injury and bankruptcy cases for all my years as a practicing attorney.
