I had hired Zohaib to handle the closing of my condo. I had heard really good things about him from a family friend and initially called Zohaib. He always answered my phone calls and handled the sale of my condo professionally. Being my first time selling, Zohaib patiently explained the process and r...eviewed the contracts from start to finish ranging from the contract with my Realtor to all the closing paperwork. Even at closing, he went over all the paperwork and thoroughly explained the details answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
