I had hired Zohaib to handle the closing of my condo. I had heard really good things about him from a family friend and initially called Zohaib. He always answered my phone calls and handled the sale of my condo professionally. Being my first time selling, Zohaib patiently explained the process and r...eviewed the contracts from start to finish ranging from the contract with my Realtor to all the closing paperwork. Even at closing, he went over all the paperwork and thoroughly explained the details answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Zohaib Ali to anyone looking for a real estate lawyer.

Our agent referred Zara to us for the sale of our (old) home and purchase of our current home. I was (and continue to be) thoroughly impressed with their service. We had several unique circumstances come up along the way, which I think is normal when buying and selling. And our lawyer Zohaib did (and... continues to do) an outstanding job managing them. His communication is great, very timely responses to our inquiries and on several occasions he’s gotten through very challenging situations on the phone or in person. He kept us well informed through every step, answered our questions and simply did what we asked of him. I can confidently state I would use his services again and certainly refer him to family and friends. I mentioned he continues to do a great job because even after both closings were complete, he is still taking the time to see through a few items and actively communicating.

After interviewing 3+ attorneys, I found Zohaib to be the most professional, have the most applicable knowledge about my predicament, be the most "straight-shooting" (no over-selling what he could actually do for me), plus had the best rates. I'd hire him again for similar circumstances, though hopi...ng I won't have to of course.
