I saw Mr. Lytle's legal profile on CARPLS.com. When I spoke to Mr. Lytle, he immediately explained his fees and what they covered and what he could do with my case. Mr. Lytle turned out to be a true blessing for me. He was knowledgeable, caring, professional, patient and above all willing to lead ...me through my legal experience step by step during my 5 month case to a successful conclusion. Grateful Mom.

I was very lucky that a Google search led me to Paul Lytle. My situation was very dire, but Paul was very confident from the start that things would workout. He was very understanding of my financial situation and was willing to work with me, and in the end he worked what I call a miracle for m...y son. If you're looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable attorney I recommend Paul Lytle.

Too Expensive

Paul Lytle is a very professional attorney who seems very dedicated to doing his job well. However, my main issue with Paul was the cost. I explained my dire financial situation in the beginning before I signed a contract. Paul assured me that I could spend $700-$900 a month if I didn't contact him t...oo much (just opening an email is $50). That right there doesn't allow for great communication. He blew through my $2500 retainer in record time just reviewing the court paperwork, which was absurd considering no major decision had been made. Then Paul proceeded to send me monthly bills of $1200 to $1700 a month, which was no where near the amount in our original conversation. If Paul had been transparent in the beginning about the cost, I never would have signed on with him. Finally, despite my children and I being domestic violence survivors, when I told Paul about my ex threatening to kill me in front of our small, he responded with "He's still their father." Attorneys like this should never represent domestic violence victims -- in the end we just end up feeling revictimized.
