I was nervous, scared. Our fist conversation was over the phone, that alone made me feel better. He explained to me exactly what I was facing, he gave me the confidence and made me feel better about the situation. He is a true professional, I was very happy with the representation and more so with t...he outcome of the case.

I retained Attorney Lytle for my nephew. From the time we meet he was very affordable, professional and personable. He fully explained his thoughts on the case and conveyed them clearly. What I like most is that I felt like he didn't offer what he couldn't deliver. I felt he was honest and I trusted ...him. My nephew was facing a maximum of 14 years (I think) for a gun case not including the other charges (that I don't remember). After Attorney Lytle shared what his line of defense would be we were on board to take the case to trial. He got the smaller charges thrown out and the day of the trial the State offered a deal of 2 years. I feel like the the State knew they were going to lose and they didn't think we were really willing to take it to trial. Well because my nephew was already fighting the case for 11 months in the county, and had prior convictions he took the deal. He did about a week in a half in Stateville and is being released on Friday Aug, 12, 2016. Although he didn't win my nephew's case in trial, to our family we're still celebrating a win. Because based on how prepared Attorney Lytle was for trial and us expecting to win. The State was never willing to offer a deal until then. My nephew just didn't want to risk getting more time based on his prior convictions if he lost in trial. The only reason I'm givin 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were times when we were expecting feedback or a status on the on goings of the case/prep for trial and we didn't hear from him. Overall I liked working with Attorney Lytle and will definitely retain him again if I'm in need of an attorney.

I reached out to Mr. Lytle in February of 2016 when I was pulled over on my way out of O'Hare Airport for speeding. I have never had a moving violation in over 15 years of driving and I was very confident that a mistake had been made. He was very responsive and motivated to help me. We spoke multiple... times leading up to the court date and he explained each of the options we had regarding the ticket. When I expressed to him that I would like to request a trial if it came to it, he was supportive and showed up for the court date with three pages of notes and questions to ask the officer. Despite this being a simple speeding violation (something most lawyers would encourage you to just pay the fine for), Mr. Lytle listened to me and supported my decision to move forward despite the overwhelming odds that the officer's word would be believed over mine. For both of us, this was a matter of right and wrong and regardless of the time it took, we were prepared to fight this injustice. On the day of the court date, Mr. Lytle showed up 15 minutes ahead of time to review everything with me. He stood out in the courtroom as an organized and knowledgeable lawyer and it was clear to everyone that he not only knew what he was doing, but was overwhelming confident in his arguments and approach. I believe it was this attitude that he brought with, as well as his assertiveness, which led to the case being dismissed outright. I am so happy to have used Mr. Lytle and would recommend him to anyone looking to right a wrong and see justice prevail.
