There is not an issue in Workers" Compensation that I have not researched or litigated. I also represented Petitioners (those injured) in Workers" Compensation matters as an attorney at Anesi, Ozman Law Offices until I had several right knee surgeries.

Happy

From the first call on the phone I knew I was in good hands. James is very professional and takes what he does very serious. James was a huge help on my case and if it wasn’t for him and his experience I would be in a tough situation.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
