Nina Patel Heller

AWFUL attorney. The worst I've ever encountered. Not honest, ethical or competent. Will not prepare -- likely has no idea how to prepare. This ridiculous lawyer and human being would not even get out of the way and let me do my own case when she had not prepared and had no clue what to do. T...he lawyer had no idea what a rising BA defense was in a DUII case, did not even raise the issue that the police threatened violence to get a breathalyzer from me which is illegal, and apparently only raised in chambers out of my presence but failed to put on the record objection to the court's mistake of allowing my occupation. The jury found for me on the only / defense raised, but the lawyer had no clue how to raise the 3 issues above and some other issues. It was insane. AND, as I said, they completely blocked the way of me just doing it myself, constantly objecting and stopping my ability to do my own as they had not prepared, did not return communications, had no idea what was going on. Ms. Patel / Heller is a liar, fundamentally dishonest, and tht will always catch up with a lawyer in front of a jury as it did here -- with me suffering like her prisoner, selling me out when she is supposed to be on my side. Completely ridiculous. In reviewing the categories above I tried to find a category to give 4 stars to, or at least 3 or 2, but for my lawyer Nina Patel there isn't a single one of those categories above in which Patel has any merit, so it must be zero. Patel doesn't smell as far as I could tell and as I recall dressed alright. Patel's conduct was dishonest and unethical specifically never returning communications, in fact ignoring them altogether. Patel does keep a smile or smirk on her face while lying and committing unethical acts. I guess that might be a positive thing. I'm quite certain from what I was told and experienced Patel has never won a case. With the smirking uncaring attitude Patel has no case will likely ever be won. It's perplexing why this one decided to be a lawyer. To punish her own clients as a sadist? It is bizarre. When the client wants to do their own case get out of the way for Godssake especially when you know you have not prepared. I do not think Patel / Heller had any idea how to prepare for a case -- a simple rising BA case barely over the limit is the simplist of DUII cases to win -- and there were several other issues. She raised none of them, and would not let me do so either. Patel /Heller had no idea what to do with an expert or how to prepare one. She is fundamentally dishonest and will never figure it out
