Anna M. Wilhelmi

I had the opportunity to work with her on criminal. I found her to be very unprofessional, late for court appointments, and she had NO real understand of criminal law. She was quick to make plea bargains with the State Attorney rather than trying to build a case to get her client acquitted. It was... all about plea bargaining and money for her. I would never recommend her, her speciality is realty, and unfortunately for me, I didn't do my research on her before hiring. But that's my fault for hiring a lawyer that works through court cases being solicited from DuPage County court records, and this is how potential clients gets her mailing. I got what I paid for...an incompetent lawyer that had no knowledge of criminal law.

I have worked with Anna Wilhelmi Law Offices on many occasions and without a doubt, she is the most honest and aggressive attorney we have ever used. She responds immediately to concerns and keeps us in the loop at all times. We used her to sell our house. All documents were correct, and important... dates were met, and we knew what was happening on a daily basis. We used her to do our wills and other legal documents. She explained them to us in detail and helped us to know what documents we needed. She keeps all of our documents up to date. We used Anna Wilhelmi Law Offices in a civil law suit. She was aggressive and looked after our best interests. We won the case! Ms Wilhelmi helped our friend with a criminal case also. She was non-judgemental and won that case also.
