Best choice!
Mr. Berardi was my lawyer in the sale of my home. I rarely write reviews unless I am very impressed! The sale process was not easy, the buyers had some ridiculous requests after inspection and Mr. Berardi expertly advised me as to how to proceed. I was also very torn about selling my house and had some last minute decisions to make and Mr. Berardi was always promptly available to answer my questions even on weekends and late into the evening. If he was in a meeting his partner Andrew Costa spoke to me instead. I wish I would have found them sooner and used them in my estate planning.

Mark earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2011 where he was a member and editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. His studies focused on estate planning and tax law. Mark has helped plan, draft and administer many estates and trusts to ensure efficient distribution of assets while minimizing taxes and other expenses for small and large estates.
Prior to earning his law degree, Mark received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating summa cum laude with a major in economics and with highest distinction from the Economics Department. In addition to his legal work, he has presented seminars on estate tax and planning for the University of Illinois Extension Office.

Above and Beyond!
Mark helped us sell our home and purchase our new home and we couldn't be more pleased with his service. He was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond on all aspects of both sales. We had a a messy closing situation but Mark and our realtor made it as seamless as possible and made sure to do as much as they could on the back-end without bringing any additional stress to us. Excellent problem solver!

Hands down, the best!
Mark has been our attorney through two property purchases. Through both, his dedication and personal attention has been unsurpassed. During our second purchase, there were many hurdles through document acquisition and red tape, but Mark worked tirelessly to get things done. He used his resources and contacted countless others to help move the process along when things seemed to go nowhere. His sense of urgency and care in the matter made us feel like we were always a top priority, responding promptly at all hours. Even in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, he made the process as seamless as possible. I give him my highest recommendation. If you need an attorney, this is your guy!

Exceptional!
I am a first time home buyer and Mark was an integral part of my team. His knowledge and understanding helped me through this process. He was always available to answer my questions and always had my best interest in mind. He was proactive during the process leading up to the closing and took the time at closing to make sure I understood each document presented for my signature. I had the opportunity to work with Attorney Mark Berardi of Fisher Berardi Law on the purchase and eventual sell of my home. Mark is the best attorney around.

Truly the Best!
I can't say enough good things about Mark Berardi and my experience using him to sell my first home. He was efficient, consistent, diligent, reliable, accurate, and very knowledgeable. What was supposed to be an easy sale turned into a drawn out fiasco very quickly and he was there every step of the way, making sure he was on top of every detail, and in constant communication. He was the best advocate I could have on my side and really made the transaction livable through two-months of ups and downs that were totally out of our control. As a business woman who deals with people being inefficient at their jobs on a regular basis I can honestly say that Mark never once dropped the ball, wasn't available, and wasn't more than willing to walk me through every detail. Don't hesitate to call him. He will be my go-to from now on. Thank you isn't enough Mark!!
