Referred to the office from my legal plan. Researched the firm and thought they would be able to assist me. Felt abruptly cut off and was told don't know why they had me to call. Feel even if they were listed in the legal plan under the wrong "field", the abruptness and being asked..."yeah what's ...up...how can we help you" was an unprofessional intro representing the firm. Can't speak on the lawyer because couldn't get pass the front door.
