Had a good first meeting, gave him a retainer of $2500.00. He blew through the entire amount by using his secretaries to make photocopies and reviewing my case. He charged me attorney hourly rate for his secretary making photocopies. I contacted him explaining the charge rate was incorrect so he cha...nged the charge category.

During the consolidation he was very imformative, seemed optimistic. After the moment I paid him, he was unreachable. I did not speak to him until the day of court, in the hallway. He seemed to be unorganized and unreliable. After court, he told me I would get a partial refund. I never saw a check co...me in the mail, so i contacted him via phone, to make sure it didnt get lost. He was unreachable via phone, so i emailed him (assuming he was busy) and he claimed to have no memory of my case or a refund of any sort, he was quite rude and told me to lose his email address. (i was not rude to him via email at all) I was referred to him by a friend, found out he had also done the same thing with his case. (some friend i have)
