Samantha Sharland

Samantha is a family law and divorce attorney in Chicago that handles all aspects of family law and divorce, counseling clients on issues such as support, parenting time, property division, allocation of parental responsibilities, and post-decree issues. Samantha understands that each client is unique and requires an individualized approach to help them achieve their goals. She is passionate about ensuring that her relationship with her clients is built on a foundation of trust and efficient communication.

Samantha graduated from DePaul University College of Law with a certificate in Family Law and served as president of the Child and Family Law Association. As a licensed Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 law student, Samantha gained valuable experience handling pro bono divorce cases through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. As a longtime resident of the South Suburbs, Samantha is actively involved in the Will County Bar Association.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and staying connected with her Michigan roots, where she lived for the first 18 years of her life. She earned her undergraduate degree in English Literature and Political Science from Concordia University Chicago in River Forest.
