The Law Office of Elfreda Dockery is a woman owned, general practice firm providing legal services in the areas of Domestic Relations, Probate, Real Estate, Administrative Hearings, Civil Litigation, Criminal defense and document drafting.

The primary goal of this practice is to provide excellent legal service based on sound, practical legal advice through the utilization of creative solutions on a cost effective basis while maintaining the utmost professional and ethical standards.

As a means of working towards reducing a client’s legal costs, when possible, the firm will provide services on a flat fee basis, and work hard to avoid the high costs of litigation. For matters requiring on-going litigation over an extended period of time, services will be provided at an hourly rate and payment plan. All will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the first meeting.

Elfreda Dockery is a title agent for First American Title and South Suburban Title Companies and the firm has represented clients in all six (6) districts of Cook County, Will County, DuPage County and Rock Island, Illinois in addition to the states of Michigan and Ohio on a pro hac vice basis.
