My wife and I meet Niko for the very first time through our real estate agent. So, we never heard of him or his reputation, except through our agent, who highly recommended him. Since our agent had been steering us in the right direction through all our different house hunting experiences, we trust...ed her regarding Niko; and she was so very right about him. He made us always feel that our best interest was of the highest priority to him. It was as if our best interest, was his best interest. He helped navigate us through some very challenging situations, but with great ease, simply because he took the time and care to set the ground work necessary if the situation began going south. We can certainly echo the word of some of his other clients in regard to his promptness, communication, and cutting through the difficult language and breaking it down in an understandable manner.
