When finally closing on my first house, I was tense and a little nervous, and didn't really know what to expect. Buying a home is a super exciting time. Selling a home, in my opinion as a first time seller, was absolutely terrifying. We used Niko for both buying and selling. He answered any and all questions, no matter how ridiculous they migh...t have been (hey first time seller here), and negotiated on our behalf for an outcome on both ends that well exceeded our expectations. My wife and I meet Niko for the very first time through our real estate agent. So, we never heard of him or his reputation, except through our agent, who highly recommended him. Since our agent had been steering us in the right direction through all our different house hunting experiences, we trust...ed her regarding Niko; and she was so very right about him.
