My wife and I meet Niko for the very first time through our real estate agent. So, we never heard of him or his reputation, except through our agent, who highly recommended him. Since our agent had been steering us in the right direction through all our different house hunting experiences, we trust...ed her regarding Niko; and she was so very right about him. He made us always feel that our best interest was of the highest priority to him. It was as if our best interest, was his best interest. He helped navigate us through some very challenging situations, but with great ease, simply because he took the time and care to set the ground work necessary if the situation began going south. We can certainly echo the word of some of his other clients in regard to his promptness, communication, and cutting through the difficult language and breaking it down in an understandable manner. I hope that people have the opportunity to read this PRIOR to looking for a real estate attorney because calling Niko will be one of the smoothest deals in your whole real estate transaction. Niko was without a doubt one of the most important puzzle pieces in making our home purchasing experience as pleasurable as it was. To say that we highly recommend him is simply not strong enough.

Simply the best there is. The line of communication was never broken. Answered all my calls, all of my emails, all my texts, I'm sure he would have answered my smoke signals if I sent some! Provided excellent Council and helped us negotiate a deal that was definitely in our favor. Answered all my que...stions, even the stupid ones and made sure I understood every aspect of the real estate transaction. You could not ask for a better attorney to represent you. I would recommend him to anybody at any time for anything!

Niko's proffesionalism is undeniably the best as he always returns your messages at lightening speed.
