Needs to be disbarred!
This Attorney was hired by our HOA Management Company. The worst representation ever! Cases sitting on his desk for over 2yrs waiting on him to take action, then when he does, he double bills you because he made a clerical error on the filings. How incompetent does one have to be. Very Hard to communicate with. HE would not answer a simple question, He hung up on me when I tried to ask a question. Would not return phone calls instead had his receptionist talk to me. VERY rude.

Very helpful
Jim has the perfect temperament to deal with an estate matter that is emotionally complicated. He is genial yet firm and effective. He explains things clearly and concisely. I feel very fortunate to have him handle my case.

arrogant
I called to ask a simple question, and he wouldn't provide information because I'm not an attorney. He belittled me. Little does he know I am probably more educated than he is. I'd give zero stars, but that's not an option.
