How does a divorce case cost you more than your two years income put together? I felt she took advantage my poor knowledge of legal issues and my fear of losing custody battle. They over charge, drag on cases and then take you back to court to cap the debt, which always falls in their favor. Gwendoly...n sends junior lawyers who lack certain knowledge. Her receptionist Alyssa... pathetic. I called to negotiate my debt during this Covid times and I got the most cold hearted response from Kelli M. Lardi, even after garnishing my wages for their payment. The only times I spoke to Gwendolyn Sterk was when she collected my retainer and when she called to negotiate my debt that get a lump sum. One thing I know.... God doesn’t like ugly. Run..... she will cost you your peaceful sleep as she sinks you in debt just to line her pockets.

Gwen Sterk took my retainer and I was under the impression that she was going to represent me. However she sent in other attorneys from her firm every time I had to go to court. They dragged out my court case for over a year and a half, and most of the time I felt like I was being misrepresented. I... saw Gwen 3 times during that 1 1/2 year period but when it was all said and done she was really quick to call me to try and settle my bill. My ex went to court the same amount of times as I did and his bill was only a third of what I was charged by her firm. So if you’re looking for somewhere affordable and anticipating to actually see or speak with your attorney, look elsewhere.

I had Gwen represent me, but I didn't see her not once in a 1.5 year period. She's quick to call regarding the bill, but I never had the pleasure of her representation. She sent junior lawyers with me to family court and it has cost me more than I wish to disclose. I have not seen any positive result...s from her team. They are quick to respond, but the results were just never there. My son's mother is getting the best of us with a mediocre lawyer....that should say it all.
