Mr. Nance was a great attorney he got my original offers reduced quite substantially on a class x felony. then after the courts messed up my MSR time served, he diligently worked to get the corrected paperwork for my immediate release from prison. I fired my old attorney then I hired Nance and he did a great job with my case. I was charged with a felony aggravated battery against peace officer and he was able to get my charges reduced to a misdemeanor, however I was sentenced to one year supervision with community service and after completion ...of my supervision I will not be convicted of a felony or misdemeanor.
