Did exactly what he claimed
We hired Pat after having issues with a tenent that stopped paying and was letting friends stay and damage the apartment. Of course the court drags things out for several weeks, but Pat helped to move things along quickly and eventually get our apartment rented again.

I'd give negative stars
Eager to take your money and not call back. Did not explain anything that happened or was going to happen. Left messages with his office and on his cell phone and they were never returned. This guy is a joke.

This guy is worthless. same thing as the previous comment. he said he would be there on my court date and i had to go stand in front of the judge trying to explain that i have a lawyer and he's not here. your better off hiring anyone else in the area other than this guy. dwyer is the guy i hired and ...

Do not hire this lawyer
I hired this Patrick for a case and he was not informative at all and was all about money. He did not show up to 2 of my court hearings. When I would call him to inquire about my case, he response in a text was $$$$$$$$. Unprofessional. Do not hire this man.
