Niko and his team were with us from start to finish during a sale made difficult by certain elements of my homeowners association. He was able to deftly navigate the minefields laid by my vindictive neighbor and was able to get the deal closed on time. Despite all of the good things he did for me in my special situation, he also does all of the little things that you want in an attorney for even the simplest transactions: he kept us informed, returned our phone calls/emails promptly, and was always there for us.
