I reside out of state. Niko was recommended to me by my real estate agent. Niko and his team assisted the sale of my property with extreme efficiency. All docs were sent to with clear instructions and in a timely manner. He and his team answered all my questions either by phone call or by email with... a thorough explanation. Their response time always seemed immediate. They took care of everything and on day of closing provided process and progress information. All closing docs and any closing refund was sent to me immediately. I was very pleased with and throughout the entire process.

Niko and his team were with us from start to finish during a sale made difficult by certain elements of my homeowners association. He was able to deftly navigate the minefields laid by my vindictive neighbor and was able to get the deal closed on time. In addition, he was able to negotiate several ...key points in the agreement that kept us from having to do any of the modifications that the buyers' inspector indicated should be done. Niko also handled the purchase of my new property and was able to handle, quite expertly, the very complicated area dealing with new constructions. The builder was perpetually late and made several deviations from specifications. Niko was able to put that guy right back in his place and was able to negotiate several concessions from the builder due to the construction delay. In short, Niko went above and beyond the typical real estate attorney task of handling the closing. He fights for you and what he thinks is best for you. Despite all of the good things he did for me in my special situation, he also does all of the little things that you want in an attorney for even the simplest transactions: he kept us informed, returned our phone calls/emails promptly, and was always there for us. There is nothing more you could ask for in a real estate attorney.
