He was able to deftly navigate the minefields laid by my vindictive neighbor and was able to get the deal closed on time. Niko also handled the purchase of my new property and was able to handle, quite expertly, the very complicated area dealing with new constructions. The builder was perpetually late and made several deviations from specifications. Niko was able to put that guy right back in his place and was able to negotiate several concessions from the builder due to the construction delay. In short, Niko went above and beyond the typical real estate attorney task of handling the closing. He fights for you and what he thinks is best for you. Despite all of the good things he did for me in my special situation, he also does all of the little things that you want in an attorney for even the simplest transactions: he kept us informed, returned our phone calls/emails promptly, and was always there for us. There is nothing more you could ask for in a real estate attorney.
