My case was handed off from my hired attorney (who retired) to this attorney. Did I get messed over. This attorney charges for more and more; changing contracts, demanding you sign or he will drop your case. Do not hire or allow your case to be handed off to this attorney. Very disappointed and f...inancially messed over, he lost the case that was so easy to win.

Like another reviewer on here I had a similar experience This was one of the worse experiences of my life. I was in a very hard way this attorney agreed to take my case on a contingency basis. I should have run away if i knew what i was in for. If you are thinking about hiring this attorney a...llow me to give you the bullet points. CHARGES FOR EVERYTHING - Every paper, staple, copy and stamp. There was not a time i went to his office when i was not handed are bill that was demanded to be paid. Every single visit, every single penny. DEMANDING - You show up when he tells you to his office or he will not see you. If you have a job or have to travel it is not his problem. Be there or hes not your attorney. DOES NOT TAKE CALLS - Will not accept calls after his "office hours" for a client unless he needs something. I have a job I can not call during the day in the field. THREATENING - If you do not do everything his way he always threatens to drop the case and tells you to go find another attorney. In the middle of the case with a normal working class person this i scary.. COMPLETE LACK OF COMPASSION - Was told that my personal finances are not his concern. If I wanted to continue the case I would need to come up with the money he demanded. Ask friends or family was how he said to get the money he wanted. REFUSED TO INTERVIEW MAIN WITNESSES - I gave him the key witness in the case and he refused to take a deposition from him. He said this is who I am interviewing, if you want A deposition from someone else you need to pay 500$. REMINDING YOU OF HOW HES DOING YOU A FAVOR - I felt bad going to his office. He always told me how much he makes for 1 hour and that he is taking a loss for my case. He always reminded me of how little i was in his world.. To top of everything YEARS later this attorney calls me on the phone because of a review left on a website "Avvo". After i explained to him I did not even know you can leave reviews on attorneys, he begins to threaten me on the phone. I was very upset. I left this whole experience behind me years ago..
