Kathy is an overall goodhearted person however, she held my case up for almost a year now. Instead of giving me direction and counsel she would yell and fuss and not offer real solutions. Kathy was appointed to me through a support service. At the time; My parents sued me for custody. Kathy awarded my parents temporary custody even though I moved out of the house. She also delayed my case for a year and 11 months. I was diagnosed by a doctor with the wrong diagnoses. Kathy argued with... me and insisted that this doctor was correct. I never felt like Kathy was ever on my side. I had been told by other attorneys that her behavior was unethical and unprofessional. I think that she is the worst lawyer I have ever seen.
