She screens calls and lets it go to voicemail unless she wants to talk to you. If you catch her off-guard, she will say she will get back to you; but she never does. Her code of conduct as a licensed lawyer is pretty poor. I understand that she is nearing her retirement and doesn't care about what... people might say. It was disappointing to work with her since she doesn't want to be too helpful.

Jan Winter is thorough, efficient and knowledgeable, who represents and serves her clients well. She has done 3 closings for our family, the last one being a little difficult - a foreclosure with so many violations. She made sure that everything was cleared before deed was transferred to me as the bu...yer. She has the toughness of a lawyer but a heart of a loving sister.
