CRIMINAL:

FRANK CECE has nearly 30 years of trial experience handling criminal cases.

From 1992 thru 2002, As an Assistant States Attorney for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, FRANK CECE received the very best training and real world courtroom experience.  FRANK CECE has tried dozens of felony juries and several hundred bench trials. FRANK CECE drafted appellate briefs and argued before the Illinois Appellate Court, First District.  FRANK CECE rose in the ranks to become First Chair in the Felony Trial Division at 26th and California, where he supervised other Assistants and was responsible for running a felony courtroom with a large docket of serious felony cases, including dozens of murders.

In 2002, FRANK CECE left the prosecutor's office and founded CECE LAW, a private defense practice, specializing in serious felonies such as drugs, aggravated battery, guns, armed habitual offender,  armed robbery, reckless homicide and murder cases, including a death penalty cases (capital murder).
