When I came to Jim with my situation, it was extremely easy to talk to him. He was very attentive, and took notes on everything that we had discussed. What I needed to use Jim for was a potential buyout. It involved a three way transaction in which I don't think anybody could have handled easily. ...Understanding the terms in which this needed to be done would take way to long to type, so lets just say it was involved. Why I gave Jim a good review, is not because he handled this better than any other attorney would have. It is because he knew how intensive this agreement was, and acknowledged immediately that he needed assistance. That made me comfortable because he didn't pretend like he knew everything. I can appreciate that in any profession.
