OUTCOME: Favorable- non felony

I recently had a 19yr old client who was charged with three felonies for allegedly burglarizing cars; to the tune of $9.00 in change. As my client was unemployed, I kept my fees reasonable, worked wit ... h the State and had the felonies reduced to a penalty that will one day be expungeable from my client's record. There was no was I was going to allow this kid to have a felony conviction with the weak set of facts that the State was working with.
