Thomas William Lynch

Not long ago I consulted Mr. Lynch on a tax matter in which the IRS and I failed to see eye to eye. Because of his extensive dealings with the IRS Mr. Lynch and his staff were able to work out a favorable payment plan that much exceeded my expectations. After I lost a good job I had had for years, I lost my house in foreclosure. I went to Mr. Lynch and he did a bankruptcy for me so I could put the whole thing behind me. This year I recieved a very threatening letter from the IRS over a large tax bill (I took all my pension money from an old job ...and didn't pay in in 2010) I went back to Mr. Lynch and he put the brakes on the IRS and got me on a low pay plan. They did my 2012 tax return as part of the deal. It felt good that I was able to find someone who I believe knows what he's doing and who got my problems solved fast and wasn't too expensive.

I came in to Mr. Lynch's office about 3 months ago with a tax problem. I met with both Mr. Lynch and Mr. Schimanski regarding my issue. Mr. Schimanski took my case, and my issues were resolved quickly. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case.
