I hired Bill for a workers comp case and had no choice but to fire him. He wouldn't call back for weeks. I needed a surgery and instead of trying to fight for it, he told me "pay for it with your primary insurance and let the two companies hash it out." He received a certified letter in the mail from Bill, firing my father as his client because I and my mother had left.
