Won our case

Mr. Click helped me thru some very difficult times during my sickness and the process of applying for disability. He listened and offered excellent advice. His staff was excellent and I would highly recommend him.

Professional, Knowledgeable and Reasonable

I worked in the legal field for 32 years. When it came time that I needed an attorney I did my due diligence in finding the best I could. I wasn't disappointed. Marshall Conick works out of a small office in New Lenox. This means he knows you as a person, not a billable hour as in larger firms. M...r. Conick helped me get Social Security Disability in a system that now takes years to navigate your way through. I have no doubt I couldn't have done this without Mr. Conick. Also of importance to me, was that I wasn't a number. You spend a lot of time with your attorney and you put a lot of faith in them, they should know you, and be willing to talk to you. Mr. Conick does.

Awesome attorney and paralegal

Mr. Conick and his paralegal Justine were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very knowledgeable about the process for applying for disability and helped me every step of the way. One of the most important things I will say is that they had excellent communication. I have worked with lawyers... before where it takes weeks to hear back but not with Mr. Conick. He addressed all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and made sure to keep me informed as to what was going on with my case and what to expect next. I can’t say enough good things about him and Justine, they were just so supportive and really helped me through a stressful process. I would absolutely recommend to any friend, family member or stranger!!

Hiring A Lawyer

I highly recommend Marshall Conick to represent you for a disability claim. Acting on my own was very time consuming and frustrating. Marshall took over when I was denied and, although it still was a lengthy process he took care of most paperwork , told me what paperwork I needed and kept me informed... on the progress. Besides all that he is a truely nice guy, down to earth and easy to talk to, like I was collaborating with a friend.

It went exactly like Marshall said it would

I had started the process to apply for disability benefits before I hired Marshall, of course my initial application was rejected. I got Marshall's name from another client of his that had been very happy with his representation. Marshall spent a good deal of time talking with me and explaining wha...t to expect going forward. His experience and guidance proved to be right on as far as dealing with Social Security. The end result was I was approved for disability after being examined by the Social Security doctor. Because of the guidance I got from Marshall I had no surprises in the process. That's not entirely true, It actually went smoother and faster than ever expected. Thanks Marshall.
