I want to thank Marshall for his hard work and guidance to helping me win my social security disability case.We both knew that I couldn't work a full time job with all my impairments, but we still had to convince the judge. With my medical records that Marshall had set up perfectly, his one on one to... make me comfortable before I had my hearing,he said just tell your story, the truth, I did and I won. Without him guiding me, I don't know if things would have gone so smoothly. Thank you Marshall for all you did for me.

It went exactly like Marshall said it would

I had started the process to apply for disability benefits before I hired Marshall, of course my initial application was rejected. I got Marshall's name from another client of his that had been very happy with his representation. Marshall spent a good deal of time talking with me and explaining wha...t to expect going forward. His experience and guidance proved to be right on as far as dealing with Social Security. The end result was I was approved for disability after being examined by the Social Security doctor. Because of the guidance I got from Marshall I had no surprises in the process. That's not entirely true, It actually went smoother and faster than ever expected. Thanks Marshall.

Social Security Attorney

This was very difficult as I am a younger person who is unable to work. He is a very compassionate and understanding man. He works for you and fights for what you need. It is difficult being sick and going through this but with Mr. Conick on your side you can relax about one thing in your life.

Amazing

Attorney Conick, helped making the process of obtaining Social Security Disability for my brother so much easier on myself-no matter what time of day he would answer my questions and help me understand exactly what I needed to do in order to help my brother. Attorney Conick is kind and generous-his a...ttitude for helping those who need it the most is astounding! I would recommend anyone who needs help with the process of obtaining SSDI or SS to make an appointment with Attorney Conick! He takes on even the most horrendous of circumstances and makes magic happen. I honestly cannot thank him enough for all he has done for my brother and I!

excellent disability lawyer

Mr. Conick was able to get my disability approved even though nurses face a difficult time trying to get the court to award disability. It was a great relief, and much appreciated.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
