Knowledgeable Social Security Disability Attorney

Attorney Marshall Conick was highly recommended to me by a family friend. He is very knowledgeable, and adept at explaining the appeal process. He answered any questions I, or my spouse had regarding my case and let us know what to expect at the appeals hearing. I was very pleased with the way he han...dled my case and I would highly recommend him.

Best man for the job!

Mr. Conick is simply an amazing man and a gifted attorney! He is professional, thorough and helpful. Filing for disability is awful. So many forms and questions. Mr. Conick meets with you personally to get the paperwork filed correctly. He makes you feel like you are his only client! He keeps in cont...act throughout the entire process. He helps navigate paperwork from doctors and therapist. He has an amazing ability to make you feel like you can get through this without losing your mind! If you get to the hearing level, he is a bulldog! I could not imagine going through the hearing without Mr. Conick by my side. His legal knowledge, demeanor, and ability to lead you through unfamiliar circumstances is second to none. Mine was not an easy case. He stuck with it and won! I've dealt with many attorneys throughout my career. Mr. Conick is different than most. He is a kind, polite and considerate man who is also a ferocious fighter for what is right and just. Do not file for disability without him by your side!

Marshall Connick is an excellent choice for representation.

Marshall Connick was a perfect representative for my case. Although SS Department was full of errors and my case was continued 3 unnecessary times, Marshall Connick was always there to explain why. I am extremely happy he was by my side!

Highly recommend Marshall Conick.

Attorney Marshall Conick was the best choice to represent me. He has a wonderful work ethic and displayed great integrity. He took the time to hear my entire case, start to finish. He asked many questions and provided me with great insight and understanding of all aspects of my case. Mr. Conick k...ept me up to date with all new information regarding my case. As a client, I would highly recommend him as a great attorney to have on your side.

Hiring A Lawyer

I highly recommend Marshall Conick to represent you for a disability claim. Acting on my own was very time consuming and frustrating. Marshall took over when I was denied and, although it still was a lengthy process he took care of most paperwork , told me what paperwork I needed and kept me informed... on the progress. Besides all that he is a truely nice guy, down to earth and easy to talk to, like I was collaborating with a friend.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
