Willing to FIght for to the Death for You - Excellent Lawyer!

I found Mr. Conick in 2013. We had recently moved in to Illinois and I needed to find a local lawyer and after calling and consulting with countless other lawyers, no one willing to take on my difficult to win case. I think Mr Conick was intrigued by the challenge and took me and my case on. I was yo...ung had a 7 month old baby when we met and most lawyers didn't want to fight past the "mommy" aspect of my case. Being that if I was healthy enough to have a child and take care of him, there's no way I would be considered disabled. Although, my case was difficult, he never gave up on me through multiple hearings, appeals, the birth of two more children, being evaluated by multiple government doctors, my own doctors, treatments, injections, multiple new medications and what seemed like endless roadblocks. My case went on for years and was even appealed to the Federal Court level and was remanded back to that state level. Mr. Conick ultimately prevailed, and in late 2017, 6 years after I initially filed, we received the notification that we had won my case. Mr. Conick and his staff have changed my life and the life of my husband and children. I owe him so much. He is compassionate and patient and truly cares about his clients. You never feel rushed talking to him. He takes time for you and treats you as if you are his only client. He is knowledgeable about disability law and keeps up on the ever changing dynamic of his specialty. I can't say enough great things about this man, I owe him everything. Thank you,

Disability

Marshal is extremely professional. He helped immensely with obtaining my nephew's Social Security Disability benefits. We couldn't have done it without him! Thanks Marshal and Justine!

Awesome attorney and paralegal

Mr. Conick and his paralegal Justine were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very knowledgeable about the process for applying for disability and helped me every step of the way. One of the most important things I will say is that they had excellent communication. I have worked with lawyers... before where it takes weeks to hear back but not with Mr. Conick. He addressed all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and made sure to keep me informed as to what was going on with my case and what to expect next. I can’t say enough good things about him and Justine, they were just so supportive and really helped me through a stressful process. I would absolutely recommend to any friend, family member or stranger!!

I want to thank Marshall for his hard work and guidance to helping me win my social security disability case.We both knew that I couldn't work a full time job with all my impairments, but we still had to convince the judge. With my medical records that Marshall had set up perfectly, his one on one to... make me comfortable before I had my hearing,he said just tell your story, the truth, I did and I won. Without him guiding me, I don't know if things would have gone so smoothly. Thank you Marshall for all you did for me.
