Shoddy work.
Was scared of opposing lawyer so did nothing to help. Just kept charging for very little or bad quality work kept things in court so he could keep charging.

Review of Benjamin Hyink
He takes a lot of money up front and does not do the work. Mr. Hyink does not return phone calls and does minimal work in order to eat up the retainer. Do not trust this attorney , as if you do you will spend a lot of money with no results.
