I used Kathleen Cunningham for our short sale. Kathleen and her paralegal Heather were fantastic! Together, they put my mind at ease throughout the entire short sale process, while keeping me informed every step of the way. I don't think I would have made it through to closing if it were not for K...athleen and her experienced, responsive, and talented staff. Short sales can be frustrating when you work with banks alone. I would highly recommend having Kathleen and Heather on your team if you are considering a short sale.

We were in a critical ss and she was neither accomidating nor knowledgeable. She treated us as less than priority and maybe it was because her expected profit was less than she was accustom to, for the amount of work she would have to put in. I could even ignore the lack of updates, even though ...anyone who's been in an ss, knows the feeling of being left out of the loop and not in control, is the worst feeling! I could even ignore the lack of enthusiam in her voice, every conversation spoken with her. What i will not ignore was when asked of her is there anything she could do to help this process along, her response was, "well I guess I could call everyday, and remain on top of things',_____ "but I really don't have the time, nor do I see myself doing so. Experience ????? never in my "experience" have I come across someone who so blatantly treated someone as if they didnt matter, as she made me feel in that moment. Customer service? whats that because according to her she's never given good customer service a day in her life, is the impression we got from our experience. I would not ever recommend her to anyone!!!!!! She made the home buying process more of a headache than it already is. Shame on her and her lack of ethics!

My husband and I highly recommend Kathleen Creswell Cunningham. The staff was very professional and personable they answered our questions as needed. Kathleen is an excellent lawyer always on top of her game. She is extremely knowledgeable and we would recommend her over and over again we... already have to our friends and colleagues.
