We were in a critical ss and she was neither accomidating nor knowledgeable. She treated us as less than priority and maybe it was because her expected profit was less than she was accustom to, for the amount of work she would have to put in. I could even ignore the lack of updates, even though ...anyone who's been in an ss, knows the feeling of being left out of the loop and not in control, is the worst feeling! I could even ignore the lack of enthusiam in her voice, every conversation spoken with her. What i will not ignore was when asked of her is there anything she could do to help this process along, her response was, "well I guess I could call everyday, and remain on top of things',_____ "but I really don't have the time, nor do I see myself doing so. Experience ????? never in my "experience" have I come across someone who so blatantly treated someone as if they didnt matter, as she made me feel in that moment. Customer service? whats that because according to her she's never given good customer service a day in her life, is the impression we got from our experience. I would not ever recommend her to anyone!!!!!! She made the home buying process more of a headache than it already is. Shame on her and her lack of ethics!

Kathleen has handled my real estate transactions going back a few years. She's exceptionally professional, hard working, congineal, as well as keeping me well informed in the process. She even accomadated me in an unanticipated dilema when I was implicated in a small claims lawsuit. Kathleen sensed ...my frustration as was willing to help and squashed the suit not once but three seperate times. This guy just kept coming. All in all she is the best. Her prices are fair and flexable, she does not itemized like many attorneys who try to churn the bill and accoplish nothing but empty sofistry as my brother discovered in his experience. She's honest relaible, flexible and will fight for her people.
