Unfortunately, by retaining this lawyer, I retained one of the worst attorneys in Chicagoland. To make a long story short, he cared so little about my case that I had to notify HIM of court dates! For instance, when I called him about an pending pre-trial conference, he stated "I'm not prepared, so t...here'll be no conference". Then, when we were to depose the other party, he was not prepared when I arrived at his office, so we wasted 2 hours negotiating and accomplished nothing although I had taken the day off work! To top it off, not only did he charge me for the court reporter he failed to cancel, but charged me for 3 hours instead of 2! He grossly overcharged me for everything and finally stopped sending me bills when I threatened to report him to the bar. Please, CHOOSE ANOTHER LAWYER!
