I was referred to Terry from my uncle who practices in a different county. Despite calling Terry on short notice, he took me on and explained everything I needed to do. With very little experience when it comes to court proceedings, I was quite intimidated, but Terry was able to put me at ease. Terry... recommended a bench trial given the circumstances of my arrest. Given his experience and familiarity with the court, the case went on as if he planned it. I would recommend Terry to anyone in need of legal aid, he was certainly the right man for the job. One month after getting his license, our 16-yr-old son was in a car accident that resulted in an injury to the other driver and the loss of 2 vehicles. I hired Mr. Wallace and he did not fail me. He got me a compromise for 40 hours of community service and traffic school. And with it completed, the second court appearance. He dropped my 33+ speeding ticket down from a class A misdemeanor to a petty offense. And my street racing ticket (class A mis...demeanor) completely revoked. I ended up pleading guilty to a 25+ speed limit PETTY offense. It was truly a miracle case and ended very well thanks to his work. I’d highly recommend Mr. Wallace. Tho maybe not the friendliest he has your best interest at hand so when he tells you what to do you do it. He absolutely knows what he’s doing.
